(1) Attendance requirement: A one-time excused absence (due to illness, etc.) is possible; a doctor`s note must be submitted before or immediately after the appointment. (2) Completion of an online questionnaire This course will be graded as "successfully attended" if both requirements are met. If these requirements are not met, it will be graded as "unsuccessfully attended."
