TU Graz 100 Scholarship Ceremony

On November 27th, the “TU Graz 100” scholarships were presented to this year’s recipients!

As part of the “TU Graz 100” program, TU Graz and the city of Graz awarded 13 scholarships to talented and high-performing students in bachelor’s and master’s programs. In addition to financial support (the scholarships for Bachelor’s students are worth 4,000 euros per academic year, while Master’s students receive 8,000 euros per academic year), scholarship recipients benefit from individual guidance and support from trusted lecturers, as well as the opportunity to take on paid internships with TU Graz’s cooperation partners from industry and business.

One part of the TU Graz Scholarships is the Cybersecurity Scholarship for international students. It aims to support excellent students who have completed their bachelor’s degree at another university and come to TU Graz in order to specialize in information security. It is part of a broad initiative for supporting excellent students in cybersecurity that also includes other awards, as well as options to work as part-time researchers at TU Graz already during the Master’s degree programme.

This year, two Cybersecurity Scholarships were awarded – one of them was handed over in person!
